Title: Customer Service Representative

Pay Rate:$15.00 an hour
We are seeking multiple Customer Service Representative for a freight forwarding company in the Mapunapuna area. You will be responsible for phone and email correspondence, maintain client and vendor files, documentation and general administrative duties. Please call (808) 525-5225 to schedule an interview.
Customer Service Representative Duties:
Provide exceptional customer service and follow up to clients regarding shipments to ensure vendor satisfaction
Enter and update flight database, customer entry, and template records as necessary to maximize efficiency and accuracy
Data entry of time-sensitive information
Answer and transfer calls to appropriate point of contact in the organization
Research status of products using internal software - will train the right individual!
Scanning of documents and additional administrative tasks as assigned
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
Minimum combination of one (1) year of administrative and customer service experience
Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word and Excel
Experience with export/freight forwarding experience preferred
Ability to multi- task in a fast paced environment and work with various personalities
