We are looking for a reliable "Customer Service Representative" to join our team.
This is an office-based role in a clean, professional, and welcoming environment, not your typical "auto shop" atmosphere! As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll play a key role in providing a positive experience every time.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and assist customers with inquiries
Schedule appointments and repairs, keeping customers updated
File documents and maintain organized customer records
Enter customer and repair data into the computer system
Coordinate repairs with outside vendors
Input invoices into the system
Set up and prepare documents for clients
Skills and Qualifications:
Experienced stock or warehouse
Strong communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Internet savvy
Detail oriented
Good organizational skills to assist with follow ups
Excellent time management
Proven excellence as an office administrator or in another relevant position
Outstanding abilities to communicate in person, in writing and over the phone
Familiarity with common procedures and basic account principles used in the office
