Are you looking for a position that offers an excellent work/life balance with a fun team? Our Kona-based vacation rental office is seeking a candidate with accounting/administrative/hospitality experience. We are looking for someone who works well both indoors and out, is energetic, self-directed and committed to providing superior service to both our owners and guests.
Position Requirements:
Reconcile the invoices from all housekeeping/maintenance vendors each week
Help manage guest/owner maintenance issues with speed and accuracy
Proficient with Microsoft Word, and Excel, as well as the ability to quickly learn new systems
Demonstrates excellent, well-honed customer service skills Aloha Spirit
Strong organizational and time management skills
Outstanding communicator both verbally and written
Ability to work independently with a sense of urgency at times
Able and willing to work some weekends, after hours and/or holidays where needed
Has reliable transportation
Ability to stand, walk, drive throughout shift, with occasional kneeling, lifting and carrying objects weighing 5-25 lbs.
