Position: Construction Administrator
Job Summary: The Construction Administrator will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant regulations. This role involves project planning, coordination, communication, and problem-solving to guarantee successful project outcomes. We are a local GC in Maui since 2018.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, in collaboration with project stakeholders.
- Review and negotiate construction contracts, change orders, and subcontractor agreements to ensure project terms are favorable and in compliance with company policies.
- Facilitate effective communication among project team members, clients, contractors, and subcontractors to convey project expectations, updates, and changes.
- Maintain high-quality construction standards by conducting regular inspections, ensuring adherence to specifications and building codes.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project reports, change orders, and progress reports.
- Ensure that all necessary permits and regulatory requirements are obtained and adhered to during the construction process.
- EXPERIENCE: AT LEAST 2 YEARS REQUIRED
