PonoRoots Counseling Center Client Services Specialist (CSS) supports the PRCC Director of Client Services, works with the office manager, and the clinical director, helping clients in that effort, from their initial inquiry phase through their termination. This position is crucial as the CSC is one of the human connections to the PRCC admin and billing process and serves as the link to the client therapist.
The Client Services Specialist represents PonoRoots Counseling Center in our community and ensures processing of the client work, and therefore, the success of the client relationship with their process and PRCC.
Direct Supervisor: Clinical Director
Collaborative work with: Director of Client Services and Office Manager
Minimum Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
· Ability to work under minimal supervision, be a self-starter
· Takes initiative
· Ability to work well with others
· Understanding of client needs, specifically able to engage with clients in a calm manner regardless of client expressed stress level
· Basic working knowledge of the mental health field
· High level of empathy for others
· Highly dependable
Details of hours and pay:
· Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday 4 hours/day in office
· Starting pay is $14/hr
