Bookkeeper / Admin Assistant
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Bookkeeper with QuickBooks and Excel proficiency to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented and possess strong organizational and analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
Prepare financial statements and reports for management
Process payroll and maintain employee records
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience as a Bookkeeper
Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and accuracy in work
