Position Overview!
Our Commercial Property management company is looking for Property Assistant ( type) with accounting knowledge to help support the General Manager who has 8 small properties and shopping centers under her and there tenants.
The administrative assistant provides accounting support for all phases of the operations commercial buildings and shopping centers managed by our property management company.
The Administrative Accounting Assistant will work with the General Manager and other team members in all aspects of property operations including, correspondence, reporting, management of information, flow, file organization , tracking of lease information, tracking of repair maintenance, construction, marketing, and other projects along with event planning.
Requirements:
Prefer College graduate, there is promotability to management.
3 years plus experience in Accounting and administrative assistant work
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat and other required software.
Knowledge of office and systems and procedures.
Excellent verbal and written skills,
Ability to handle multiple projects and quick pace environments.
Excellent time management skills to multi-task and prioritize work.
Attention to detail and problem solving.
Ability to work as a team and willingness to learn.
Ability to work as a team.
Experience in AP, building administration, and commercial management preferred not required.
