We are a leading real estate, property management, and vacation rental brokerage in the state of Hawaii and are looking for an individual to join our team in Kilauea Kauai.

This is NOT a remote position. This is an office position so the the individual must be physically on the island of Kauai.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

- Answer calls in a polite and professional manner; screens calls and forwards messages as appropriate.

- Maintain Client Relationship Management software accounts

- Manage scheduling for leadership including agendas, mail, email, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and other company logistics

- Manage, coordinate, and arrange executive’s travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transportation, and meal coordination.

- Perform administrative and office support such as typing, dictation, transcription, document and spreadsheet creation, and filing system management.

- Coordinate effective management of content and flow of information to senior leadership.

- Organize team communications and plan events, both internally and externally.

- Record and distribute minutes or other records for meetings.

- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

- At least one year of office administrative assistant experience

- Associates degree or work-related fields preferred.

- Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems.

Compensation & Benefits

- Commensurate with qualifications and experience ($22/hr)

Schedule and Workplace

Schedule: Full-time position with work hours from 8:30am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, and on occasion after hours and weekends as needed.

Location: Hawaii Life Kilauea office or where required by the supervisor.
