Job Duties:
Working in a Warehouse Management System as well as MS Office: processing orders, inbound receipts, invoicing, and inventory
Handle customer inquiries by phone, email, fax etc.
Processing paperwork, filing, copying etc.
Requirement:
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Must be computer literate and able to type and 10-key
Professional and able to communicate w/ customers and teammates
Able to prioritize, multi-task and can work under pressure with time restrictions
Must be organized and efficient
Previous clerical experience preferable
