Administrative/Financial tasks:
Under the guidance of a CPA, bookkeeping and other financial tasks on Quickbooks, pay bills and taxes, generate financial reports, payroll, reconciliation, project invoicing and tracking, credit card processing, preparing deposits, scanning mails and faxes
Support for Psychological Practice:
Screen calls
Schedule appointments
Assist with billing matters
Other tasks:
New hire onboarding
Data entry
Meeting minutes
Manage office supplies and equipment
Provide assistance to the President and other employees with various tasks
Required skills:
Min. 2 years administrative or office experience
Basic bookkeeping and/or Quickbooks experience
Proficient with computers/technology/internet
Proficient with Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint
Great people skills
