Luxury Condominium is looking to hire a professional, dedicated, and reliable person to fill out our staff. Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the front office and managers to facilitate the efficient operation of the office and the Association. Attending to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face. Duties to included but not be limited to:
welcome visitors, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
count Daily Receivables and Parking Shift Cash and create a report
receive trouble calls from residents, create work orders for Maintenance staff
dispatch appropriate staff on reports of incident
coordinate recurring events; quarterly A/C service, quarterly Window Cleaning, etc
register/update Owner/Resident information on file
general clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing
prepare and modify documents including notices, condominium documents, and emails
coordinate and maintain records for staff, telephones, parking and petty cash
tidy and maintain the front office area
receive and sort mail and deliveries for the office and the residents
scan, sort, and save documents to appropriate location for the Archiving System
maintain office supply inventories
general administrative and clerical support
input data into the system including apartment entries and maintenance work orders
