Hale Kipa is looking for Full Time and Part Time Youth Advocates who can implement the nationally-recognized Youth Advocate Program which focuses on providing individualized, wraparound prevention and intervention services to youth (transitioning from the Hawaii Youth Correctional Facility) and their families. Must have an ability to engage youth and families, be knowledge about the community and resources, and be creative. This program focuses on strengthening families and preventing further criminal/status offenses from occurring.
Must be able to transport clients with personal vehicle and have a current driver's license, auto insurance and safety check.
High School diploma or GED is required. Experience with youth is highly preferred.
