The Resource Specialist is responsible to assist in the safety and well-being of shelter occupants during their stay including assisting in developing, implementing, and supporting a client-centered housing plan. This position also assists in the transition planning of shelter occupants as they exit the program. The Resource Specialist must demonstrate an active commitment to Catholic Charities Mission and strive to incorporate the four Core Values in all aspects of daily work.
EDUCATIONAL & WORK REQUIREMENTS: Must have a two-year college degree (AS, AA) plus a minimum of two (2) years direct service experience with respective position’s client population.
EMPLOYMENT CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: TB Clearance, HI State Criminal Check, Driver’s License, Access to Vehicle with Current Valid Registration, Safety Check, and No-Fault Insurance, Education Verification
COMPENSATION: $20.23 - $22.73
