Property Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to join our nonprofit organization in the social services sector. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting our mission and possess the skills necessary to manage our properties efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of all assigned properties.
- Ensure properties are well-maintained and comply with all relevant regulations.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities with contractors and service providers.
- Develop and implement property management policies and procedures.
- Manage budgets and financial plans for property operations.
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular property inspections to assess conditions and identify needs.
- Maintain accurate records of property operations, expenses, and tenant interactions.
- Prepare reports on property performance and present them to management.
- Assist in the marketing and leasing of vacant units.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Property Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of property management software and tools.
- Familiarity with property management laws and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
