Job Summary:
Po’ailani, Inc. is seeking for a Direct Support Staff / Residential Monitor, Full-Time or Part-Time, for our Adult Dual Diagnosis Residential Treatment Facility. Shifts available are 12a - 8a (7-days per week), 8a - 4p (Saturday's & Sunday's) and 4p - 12a (7-days per week).

Qualifications:
Minimum High School Diploma
Work experience in the Human Services and/or Substance Abuse Field
Clean driving record, current within two months
Must pass criminal background check
Having the following additional credential(s) is also great to have; but, not required:
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Sociology
Nursing Assistant (NA) or a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Services provided by the Direct Support Staff / Residential Monitor include but are not limited to the following:
Transport patients in company vehicle to meetings/outings
Monitor patient medications
Assist patients with chores and cooking
Complete general office and household cleaning tasks for upkeep of facility
Hold house meeting with patients
Complete Narrative Assessment Plan (NAP) notes
Must be able to work in a fast-paced working environment
On-going training is provided
