ALOHA TOFU FACTORY, INC. is looking for reliable workers to work our regular daytime shift. Our company is a family-owned and operated business established in 1950. We have employees from many different countries, all working together in our OHANA! Come join us! Yes, it's hard work, but we provide an important staple food for our island neighbors!
Work schedule:
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday - Start times are flexible, but early shift starts from 4:00 am
Days off are: Wednesdays, and Saturdays
Requirements:
- must be able to lift 70 lbs.
- reliable, efficient
- work well with others
- positive attitude
- willing to learn
- work-focused
- can work independently
- able to stand for long periods of time
- English NOT required, but helpful
Responsibilities:
- assist with prepping company products
- prepping orders for customers
- packaging of products
- washing trays
- general cleaning around the factory
- lifting bags of soybeans
- focus on consistency - our goal is to consistently make the same products every day
