A respected Hawaii-based law firm is seeking experienced Paralegals to join its Oahu office. Openings are available in Corporate/Transactional Law and Civil Litigation.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant paralegal experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office; legal software experience a plus
Paralegal certification or degree preferred (required for litigation role)
Responsibilities include:
Drafting legal documents
Managing case files and calendars
Conducting research and supporting attorneys with filings, closings, or trials
Communicating with clients, courts, and government agencies
