Porter Kiakona Kopper, LLP (PKK), a midsized downtown law firm specializing in Condo and Community Association Law, is seeking a paralegal to join our delinquency collections team. May also assist with general matters and litigation as the need arises.
Ideal candidate must have good time management skills, excellent written and verbal communications skills, ability to work well independently and in a team environment, as well as being a highly organized individual. Knowledge of the FDCPA and delinquency collections, including judicial foreclosures and the district court system is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
