Skilled licensed Hawaii lawyer with experience in filing Complaint in Circuit Court and prosecuting case in Jury Trial Proceeding. Must have skills in drafting civil complaint work, including experience in case law research, subpoena and deposition preparation and jury trial exposure or similar situation. Appellate experience is a bonus, but not a requirement.
Depending on applicant's legal and professional skill level and past experience, applicant work may expand with time and prospective workload. Must be able to handle Complaint as a lead attorney. Para-legal support is available. Willing to travel to outer Islands, if case requires (travel cost covered).
This is a part-time job, and you may work out of your home, but must be fully computer literate. I am only interested in the quality and timeliness of your work product. Must be available for case discussion via zoom on request.
