Established boutique estate and trust litigation department looking for third associate with two to three years of experience, preferably with a background in Probate Court and Civil Litigation. Must have well developed research and writing skills and must be able to handle all aspects of the litigation process. Will have direct client contact and is expected to work independently, but in a team-based environment. Must be licensed to practice in the State of Hawaii. Compensation commensurate with experience.
