General Job Description:
Yardman is an entry level position. Job duties include but are not limited to assisting painter and welders, grind, scrape, clean bins, toters, paint booth, yard, etc. There may be times when yardman goes off-site to assist in clean-ups and repairs, as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Possess good written and oral communication skills
Must have excellent attendance record and provide work history and references
Must be able to pass a Physical Stress Test
Must be available to work Monday through Friday (Saturdays as needed or required)
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and all random drug tests afterwards.
This is a “full time” hourly position with full benefits including overtime, paid vacation, paid personal days, paid holidays, 401k and profit sharing after one (1) year, free medical coverage for employee (if choosing Kaiser), otherwise minimal cost if choosing other plan, dental coverage, free Life Insurance, optional Cancer
Insurance plan, etc.
Hourly wage is $15.00 per hour
Six (6) month probationary period
Prefer experience but willing to train right individual
Paydays are every Friday
