Small house/orchard seeking helper to help maintain 5acres for a 72 year old lady who is a badasss. Duties will include but not limited to , Weed whip, mow, light chainsaw a plus… small engine repair, hand weed, dump runs. All tools will be provided.
12-15 hrs per week depending on experience.
Machine work gets treated like overtime on hours so 1.5 hrs per hour if it’s on a machine. Hours must be completed in the day time. Must have references and live on island.
No drugs at all! no alcohol during trial period.
Previous helper has gotten way to comfortable and lazy and supremely destroyed a lot of the progress we have made and is on his way out. . If you fit the role well than we can reassess what is allowed and what isn’t.
