We are a natural farm In Keauhou mauka on the Kona side of the Big Island. We are looking for a weed master to join our team.
Daily jobs include:
weed whipping, weed pulling, weed bio-digesting.
Laying out cardboard, spreading mulch.
Possible other tasks such as assisting our farm manager on projects and harvesting produce for use on our snorkel boats, feeding tourist fresh locally grown food that supports our community and the Aina by growing it clean and regeneratively.
We grow Mai'a (banana), Kalo (taro), ‘Uala (sweet potato), Pala’ai (kabocha pumpkin), Ulu (bread fruit), Casava, Ko (sugar cane), Sour sop, Pineapple, Papaya, Mango, Avocado, Cacao, Green onions, Citrus, Lychee, Coffee, among other market crops and exotic fruits.
We practice Korean Natural Farming as well as other natural farming techniques. We do not use chemical fertilizers or pesticides.

Full time position Starting pay $25-30 with benefits.
$750 hiring bonus for FT- paid in 2 installments. $250.00 after successful 30 days of employment. Balance after 6 months employment.
