Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our team in a fast-paced distribution center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks related to the handling and storage of materials, ensuring efficient operations within the warehouse. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety standards.
Duties:
Must be able to lift 25lb.
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials safely and efficiently.
Forklift certification a plus.
Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of stock items as required.
Assist in the organization and inventory management of materials within the warehouse.
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Fabricate or assemble products as needed based on operational requirements.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any mechanical issues.
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and meet distribution deadlines.
Skills
Proficient in materials handling techniques with experience in operating forklifts,
