Large Condominium in Downtown Honolulu seeking a hardworking utility/maintenance person for immediate hire. This is a full-time temporary position with potential for permanent employment.
WORK SCHEDULE
7:00AM to 3:30PM Daily
Candidate must be able to work on weekends & holidays.
Starting wage: $20.94 Per Hour.

The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is resourceful, a problem solver, organized, and able to track and complete assignments on a timely basis.
Having reliable transportation a must.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Excellent people skills, team player
Good attendance record
Desire and ability to learn quickly
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
At least 2 years of proven Building Maintenance (or similar) experience preferred.
Driver’s License
Must be able to operate forklift, street sweeper and other similar equipment (willing to train).
Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
Clearly speak, read, write, and understand the English language.
Knowledge in use of common hand tools and power tools.
Ability to organize & prioritize duties & tasks.
Strong communication skills.
A “CAN DO” attitude, be self-motivated, stay on task, and follow through with completion of projects.
Capacity to work productively, independently, and with limited supervision.
Can handle constructive criticism and always strives to meet objective or level of completion required.
Possess a positive attitude, accountability, and willingness to address residents in a courteous and respectful manner.
