Oahu Tree Works, LLC is looking for new and experienced tree workers and crew leaders. Outdoor, fast paced and rewarding meaningful work. Willing to train the right candidates. We’re looking for the following positions:
Ground worker: Lifts and hauls cuttings to chipper, operates chainsaws, wood chippers, performs cleanup work at jobsites. Must be able to work in hot humid environments outside with challenging physical environments. Must pass a physical/drug test upon hire. This is the entry level position in the tree care industry pay ranges $18.00-25.00/hr plus benefits listed below.
Heavy truck driver: performs all work of the ground worker in addition to driving chipper trucks with chipper. Must be able to obtain a CDL B within specified time of hire (company will assist), clean drivers abstract and pass a physical and drug test. Pay ranges $21.00-30.00/hr plus benefits listed below.
Crew Leader: performs all work of a ground worker and heavy truck driver but has at least 3 years experience working in the tree care industry utilizing an aerial lift and/or climbing trees to safely prune and remove. Must have excellent references, safe work history, pass a physical and drug test upon hire. Ideal candidate has experience leading crews. Pay ranges $25.00-35.00/hr plus benefits listed below.
Operations manager: oversees multiple crews, manages scheduling and sets work expectations with crew leaders. Responds to client concerns and needs, works with office staff and owner to coordinate work as well as performs estimating for projects and manages projects from start to finish. Must have at least 5 years experience managing crews in the tree care industry. Pay ranges from $50,000-80,000/yr plus production bonus plus standard benefits listed below and company vehicle, cell phone, iPad.
Consistent, year-round work.
Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm.
Weekly pay on Fridays.
Quarterly bonuses 4% of pay every quarter.
8 Holidays paid off.
