Our current handyman is returning to the mainland. We are seeking someone with professional handyman, and/or yard care experience to care for a beautiful rural property in Lihue area. This is a 20 hour a week job that also offers employee housing. Please share with us your handyman, painter, and/OR yard care skillset.
About the living situation: Unique alternative living situation for one easygoing person with references ONLY on beautiful property. Most important, you must be available to do the work trade (20 hours/week approved schedule). Simple living area with bed, table and small yard. There is a shared bathroom, laundry area and limited electricity. Simple but special property and living area. Absolutely no visitors allowed on the property so if you would like to entertain guests, this is not the place for you.
