Seeking Full Time Experienced Maintenance Staff
Luxury High Rise Condominium in Kaka’ako
The Management and Staffs’ goal is to work as a team to ensure the site is properly cleaned, maintained and to provide a warm, friendly environment for all residents, co-workers, contractors and vendors.
Duties Include (but not limited to):
Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning systems, Drywall Repair, Painting, Plumbing Repair, Light Electrical and Carpentry, Landscaping, Grouting, Swimming Pool and Spa Maintenance and Chemical Testing, Concrete Repair, etc
Equipment Used (but not limited to):
Power Tools, Hand Tools, Man Lifts, Landscaping Equipment, wet vacs, carpet extractors, orbiters, carpet blowers, pressure washers, step ladders.
Job Qualifications Include (but not limited to):
Able to comprehend, read and write English
Good Communication Skills
At least 2 years of continuous previous experience
Able to follow instruction
Good Customer Service Skills
Strong Team Attitude
Work Status
Full Time – to include weekends
Compensation
$24.50 / hour – commensurate with experience

10 PTO Hours earned per month of first year
Schedule
Day Shift: 7am to 3:30pm or similar, regular days off to be determined
