Haiku Gardens, AOAO is seeking resident manager assistant positions for 113 multi-level townhome units in Kaneohe. The right individual will possess a great work ethic, able to work well with others, and have a positive attitude.
Qualifications/Experience:
High School Diploma
Able to perform building and pool maintenance
Perform janitorial and light carpentry duties
Must have a vehicle with a valid Hawaii Driver’s license
Able to assist with emergency on call resident matters
Able to lift 50+ lbs.
Attention to safe work habits
Work Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday from 8:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Full and Part-Time Positions Available – Must pass a background check and drug test.
Hourly Rate up to $24.00 depending on experience.
