Job description
Responsibilities
Manage external buildings/landscaping/service maintenance contracts.
Respond to equipment malfunctions effectively and efficiently.
Ensure good maintenance housekeeping practices in high hazard environments.
Supervise daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance inspections.
Comply with environmental safety and health procedures and policies established.
Adhere to all standard operating procedures as trained.
Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion
Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any issues
Maintain control over the approved maintenance budget.
Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies.
Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol.
Drive to/from several facilities within a day.
Purchase materials, tools and equipment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in property management or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of property maintenance practices and procedures
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
