Engineering - Maintenance III (Full Time) ($37.74/hr)
Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible to assist in the general direction of management, supervise and provide training for the maintenance personnel and assist in providing a safe and healthy environment for our employees and guests to enjoy.
Essential Duties:
1. Assist 1st and 2nd class engineers on day-to-day duties and special projects.
2. Responsible to complete and keep an accurate “Rooms Preventive Maintenance Program
3. Required to be responsible for specified equipment and areas of responsibilities.
4. Detailed training on different trades and to gain working knowledge to advance in work class.
5. Able to complete guest room and back of the house repairs as needed.
6. Obtains price quotations and fills out requisitions for parts and supplies.
7. Responsible for water treatment for the swimming pools and water features throughout the hotel.
