Your role is critical in helping to keep our chocolate operations running smoothly, all from behind the scenes. Candidates should have a strong work ethic, be flexible, and be able to regularly move heavy boxes. Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday (full-time, 4-5 days per week)
8-hour shifts: 7am - 3pm
Kauai residents only (must currently live on island)
Location: this role will start at Lydgate Farms upcountry estate in the Wailua Homesteads (5730 Olohena Rd.) then move to our new warehouse & fulfillment space in downtown Kapaa in summer 2025.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
Product packaging
Online order fulfillment
Errands and supply runs
Upkeep packaging & storage areas
Moving boxes (e.g., 30-40 lbs)
Ideal Candidate:
Time management & prioritization skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to sit for long periods, lift and move boxes
Fine with working in an air-conditioned space (65-70F)
