DISCLAIMER: These are NOT entry level positions - they are for EXPERIENCED lawn care professionals only; and you must be proficient with every tool and piece of equipment on the trailer. We are not looking to train day laborers, temps, or seasonal workers. We are looking for the best lawn care professionals on the island - and WE PAY THE HIGHEST WAGES IN THE STATE.
Starting Wage: $30 - $45 per hour DOE
- All employment is as a 1099 contractor
- Payroll is issued every Friday via company check (no draws, no advances)
- All applicants are subject to criminal background check, and pre-employment drug testing at our discretion
Payroll for this part time position is issued every Friday. If you are offered full time employment, you will be put on our standard payroll schedule with checks issued every other Monday.

Job Details:
Date: Every Friday
Time: 7:30am - 4:30pm (1hr for lunch from 12:30 - 1:30)
Location: South Kihei
Tasks include:
- Weed whacking
- Debris blowing
- Push mowing
- Hedge trimming
- Ornamental shrub pruning
- Chemical applications (fertilizer schedules, pre/post herbicide / pesticide / fungicide treatments)
- Minor irrigation repair
- NO tree work over 10'
What we require:
- You must be on time, and ready to work every morning.
- You must have a good attitude around your crew and our clients at all times.
- You must be physically fit, and able to work (efficiently) all day in the sun.
- You must be coachable.
- You must have a reliable vehicle to get to and from work each day.
