Knotty by Nature, LLC is a locally owned and operated company providing high-quality, detail-oriented landscape and tree care services. We’re looking for a reliable, hard-working crew member who takes pride in their work and enjoys being outdoors.
Position: Landscape Maintenance Crew Member
Schedule: Part-time to full-time, weekdays (flexible hours for the right person)
Pay: Competitive, based on experience

Hands-on experience with a variety of properties, from gardens to orchards
Responsibilities:
Weeding, trimming, planting, mulching, and basic garden maintenance
Assisting with pest and disease management (non-toxic IPM approach)
Irrigation checks and light repairs
Occasionally assisting with minor tree work (no climbing required)
Keeping job sites clean and organized
Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation to KONA COAST and WAIMEA
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Physically able to lift 40+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
Attention to detail and willingness to follow direction
Prior landscaping experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person
