We are looking for a competent maintenance technician to ensure the smooth operation of the high-rise building facilities, equipment, and machinery by performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. The work also involves drywall replacement, electrical, plumbing, and other various general work setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Preventive Maintenance. Performing routine checks and maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshooting and Repair. Identifying and fixing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
Equipment Maintenance. Maintaining and repairing various types of machinery, including production line equipment and building systems.
Record Keeping. Maintaining logs and records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
Safety Compliance. Adhering to safety regulations and procedures during maintenance tasks.
Inventory Management. May be involved in ordering and managing parts and supplies for maintenance.
Skills:
Need strong mechanical, electrical, and plumbing skills. They should also be proficient in using hand and power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
Experience:
Experience in building maintenance, including electrical work, drywall, mechanical, and plumbing.
