Local building maintenance company is seeking a highly reliable, mature, honest person to work
2 - 3 hours per day from 6am to completion
6 or 7 days a week
cleaning and maintaining a small portion of a commercial building.
We will train you, provide all materials and supplies and pay you $20 an hour to start. A highly qualified and dependable person can earn more. You should love to work and be able to clean, sweep, and operate light cleaning related tools and do it all with joy.
You must:
have your own transportation
be able to occasionally buy your supplies and then be reimbursed
have references
be available everyday
be able to be paid by a check and receive a 1099 tax report, yearly
This is a long term position and you will work mostly on your own without supervision. We need a person who is highly reliable and extremely honest and who solves problems not creates them.
