Land & Garden Maintenance – $30/hr – Hana Area (Beautiful, naturally managed property)

Schedule: 3 days/week
Location: Hana, Maui
We’re looking for a responsible, hard-working person to help maintain a beautiful property in the Hana area. This is outdoor, physical work in a stunning natural setting—ideal for someone who enjoys working with the land and takes pride in quality, hands-on tasks. Must work well with a team, with direction and independently as needed.
Duties Include:
Weedwacking & general yard upkeep
Irrigation checks & minor repairs
Pruning, trimming
Spreading mulch/chips/etc
Occasional truck driving, errands (valid license and good driving record required)
Some heavy lifting & basic manual labor
Light repairs (handy skills a plus)
Assist w planting projects
Apply Korean Natural Farming (KNF)
Looking For Someone Who:
Works independently and reliably
Can follow instructions and ask questions
Has good communication/transportation
Has local gardening/pruning knowledge
Is reliable, trustworthy, and physically capable
