Position Overview: We are seeking a casual Landscaper to join our team. The Landscaper will be responsible for ensuring the landscapes and maintenance of our properties to uphold our reputation for excellence. This position offers flexible hours and the option to work when you want.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine landscaping tasks at multiple properties within our portfolio
Mow, edge, and trim lawns using manual or powered equipment
Plant, water, fertilize, and prune trees, shrubs, and flowers
Weed, mulch, and maintain garden beds and landscape features
Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment
Assist with seasonal clean-up and maintenance projects
Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
Qualifications:
Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience preferred
Knowledge of common plants, trees, and landscaping techniques
Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
Flexibility to work varying shifts and locations as needed
Physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Must be able to start work on Maui immediately.
Employment is contingent on passing a Pre-employment drug test and criminal background check.
