A local construction company is seeking LABORERS with all skill levels (entry level and skilled experienced).
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Assist in manufacturing concrete products.
2. Perform tasks related to forming product, caging, handling and tying rebar, placing concrete and finishing wet/dry concrete for production and handling of precast/prestress products.
3. Use power tools and hand tools for production.
4. Operate various equipment on premises: travel lift, forklift, concrete delivery machine, loader, water truck, etc.
5. Clean up and maintain a clean plant environment.
6. Follow proper procedures and safety practices.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
1. Must be at least 18 years of age.
2. Excellent attendance - arrive on time, ready and able to work, stay until shift/work is complete.
3. Able to work flexible hours and all shift times. Travel to neighbor island, if needed.
4. Good communication skills.
5. Able to left and carry 50lbs regularly.
6. Able to sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, crouch, reach over shoulder, climb, balance, push, and pull frequently.
7. Ability to read and comprehend material use instructions as well as basic work-related documents.
8. Ability to work with others and as a team.
