We have a part-time Custodian position in Aina-Haina at an office building. This role requires good communication skills, customer service aptitude, previous janitorial or related experience is a plus and willing to train. Applicants must perform basic manual labor and should be willing to lift/push/pull a minimum of 30lbs (up to 50lbs), be able to stand, walk, routinely bend, squat and stretch throughout their shifts. Previous janitorial or custodian experience is a plus. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
Key responsibilities:
Communicate with customers, vendors and management
Clean and maintain area: Sweep, mop, pick up trash, remove and dispose trash to designated area, clean restrooms and use a buffer machine to specific areas.
Schedule: Monday to Thursday and Saturday: 3pm to 9pm (30 hours a week)
Compensation range: $16-$17/per hour
Skills/Qualifications:
Applicant must be able to pass a background check
High school diploma/GED preferred
Previous janitorial, custodian experience preferred or related experience
Must have good public relations skills and communication
