Island Host Position - Part Time but Long Term for our Airbnb Guests at the Ilikai in Ala Moana Blvd.
compensation: $25 Per Hour. You will earn between $800 to $1200 per month depending on the maximum number of check in. (We have 4 to 6 check -in per month)
employment type: part-time - Guest check-in can be anytime and any day. You will be issued 1099 for tax filing.

1. Island Host (Paid $25 / Hour - Approximately 40 hours per month or $1000/month.) (Guest Check In dates are irregular schedules. We will give you the check-in date in advance and you must always be available for the dates and time to take care of the guests)
Arrive at our unit 1 hour before the guest flight arrival in Honolulu, and you must do the following:

- Inspection of the unit and Take Specific Pictures Inside the unit.
- Perform addition Touch Up cleaning if discover areas not properly cleaned.
- Perform simple handyman tasks.
- Coordinate with Arriving Guest to meet at the Lobby
- Greet Guest and show guest the unit.
- Buy Chocolate & bottled Water once a Month at Costco. You will be reimbursed.
- Support Guest Questions During Guest Entire Stay.
- Take care of any emergency issues at the unit.
- Must live within 5 minutes walking from the Ilikai Hotel or the Ilikai Marina
- Must have computer and printers
- Must have Smart Phone to take pictures.
- Time You are Required to work will be 4 hours from your Arrival Time at the Unit to completion of Greeting the Guest.
- Time To Support Guest during their entire stay will be another 4 hours.
