The vacation rental inspections/light maintenance person contributes toward a positive guest experience by inspecting units prior to check-in, assisting with work orders, and light maintenance. Other duties may include transporting inventory items, laundry bags, linen, and excessive trash.
Job Duties
Inspect units.
Light maintenance.
Transporting laundry bags.
Transporting inventory items.
Qualifications
Ability to identify and troubleshoot maintenance issues.
Ability to be assigned and work on multiple tasks during a work day.
Be willing to work a fixed and/or rotating schedule including weekends and holidays.
Requirements
High school diploma.
Professional verbal and written communication skills.
Able to lift and move items 30-60 lbs.
Valid Hawaii Drivers License
Dependable light duty truck.
