Position: Vacation Rental Cleaner (1099 Contractor)
Rate: $25 per hour
Responsibilities:
Thoroughly clean and sanitize vacation rental properties between guest stays
Follow a detailed cleaning checklist to ensure high standards
Handle off-site laundry services as needed
Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor, embodying the spirit of “aloha”
Requirements:
Punctuality and reliability are a must
Previous experience in vacation rental cleaning preferred
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Reliable transportation
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Provide own cleaning supplies including vacuum and mop
