Job Description: As a Housekeeping Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our vacation rental properties are spotless, welcoming, and ready for guests. Your primary responsibilities will include cleaning guest rooms. You will work closely with our management team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living/ bedroom areas according to company standards.
Change and replace bed linens, towels, and other amenities.
Restock supplies and amenities as needed.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team.
Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used and stored properly.
Adhere to all safety and health regulations.
Qualifications:
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but not required.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
Compensation:
$22.00 per hour (fixed hours per unit)
