Hours: Mon - Fri, 7:30am - 4:00pm

Job description/duties:
- Over all cleaning of all common areas of the building, lobbies, hallways, parking, entrance ways, windows and laundry rooms
- Able to lift 40 pounds
- Knowledgeable and timely customer service when responding to owners, tenants and guests
- Good communication skills
- Understand and effectively follow verbal and written instructions
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Education/Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must Pass drug test and criminal background check
