Aloha we’re hiring for a position on our botanical herb farm on the north shore of Kaua’i. Responsibilities would be caretaking the field (grass maintenance, weeding, prepping beds, planting, watering), harvesting, deliveries & organization. Ideally we’d love to hire someone who can caretake the farm themselves, but we also have a few wonderful people involved so the job can be divided up & y’all can support each other. We cultivate just under one acre in Kilauea & grow over 40 medicinal & culinary herbs we make into high quality herbal products, & stock several retailers on island + sell online. We practice no till, regenerative farming implementing lots of mulch, companion planting, food forest style gardening. We pay per completed work not hourly, so this gives the freedom to work at your own pace & when you have the time- only a few tasks are on a time consideration like deliveries & such. This requires diligence & integrity. Farm experience would be necessary & herbal knowledge would be a good bonus but not
totally necessary.
