We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Harvester. As a Harvester, you will play a crucial role in the agricultural process, ensuring the successful harvest of crops. This is a physically demanding position that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
Duties:
- Harvest crops and plants according to established guidelines and schedules
- Operate farm equipment and machinery
- Use hand tools to prune, trim, and maintain plants
- Collect data on crop yields, quality, and other relevant information
- Assist with general farm tasks as needed
Skills:
- Previous experience working on a farm or in a greenhouse is preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor for extended periods of time
- Familiarity with hand tools used in gardening and farming
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
This is a paid position that includes PTO, Medical (401K percentage match after one year). Overtime is available as well as a paid lunch. We are looking for new hires immediately.
