JOB TITLE:General Laborer
LOCATION: Kailua-Kona, HI
TYPE: Temp-to-Hire, Full-Time
PAY RATE: $20 - $22/hour
Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Utilize hand and power tools to assist in various tasks.
- Assemble and fabricate components as needed.
- Material handling.
- Work on mechanical tasks requiring basic math skills and general knowledge.
- Perform general labor duties including lifting, moving, and organizing materials.
Qualifications:
- Able to follow and execute instructions from Team Leaders.
- Able to properly communicate in the English language.
- Experience in construction/deconstruction or similar setting is preferred.
- Proficiency with power tools and hand tools.
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Capability to assemble and fabricate components accurately.
- Comfortable with physical labor tasks such as lifting heavy items.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Prior experience with construction/deconstruction operations.
- Familiarity with operating general hand and power tools.
- Strong organizational skills for efficient stock management.
