Job Description:
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team. This entry-level position requires someone who is self-motivated, can work independently, and follows instructions effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be comfortable performing a variety of physical tasks in both indoor and outdoor environments.
Responsibilities:
Perform various physical labor tasks as assigned
Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
Operate hand and power tools as needed
Clean and maintain work areas, equipment, and storage facilities
Follow all safety guidelines and protocols
Assist in basic customer interactions and support office staff as needed
Monitor and report any issues or concerns on the property
Work between the hours of 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM as scheduled - 40 hours a week.
Weekends required.
Requirements:
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work well in both individual and team settings
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a labor-intensive role or outdoor work environment
Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
