Pac Build, a locally owned and operated luxury home builder, is hiring a Framer to join our growing team! We specialize in high-end custom homes and need motivated individuals who want to be part of building some of the most stunning homes on Kauaʻi.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform rough framing for high-end residential projects
Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
Work closely with carpenters, laborers, and project managers
Maintain a professional, safety-first approach on every job site
Qualifications:
Experience in rough framing (journeyman-level preferred)
Ability to read plans and follow precise measurements
Must supply own tools
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
Physically able to stand, bend, lift, and work at various heights for extended periods
Excellent attendance & strong work ethic
Team player with a goal-driven mindset
